Staging Consultation  

A staging consultation is the essential first step to prepare a home for market. For best results, we recommend booking this as soon as you decide you want to sell!  Expert advice, early on, will ensure the best return on investment and allows you the most time possible to prepare your home for a successful sale. Let us help you take the guess work out of home preparation! Room by room, we will make recommendations on which of your furnishings and décor are best for staging, and which to store, as well as additional recommendations such as painting, repairing, and cleaning. Consultations are typically between 1-2 hours.  When the home is ready, we will be happy to pop back for a final walk-through prior to photos.

$300 for homes up to 2,500 square feet.

Occupied Staging

Staging is the final transformation from your home to a buyer’s dream home! Once the recommendations from the Staging Consultation have been completed, we utilize your existing furnishings and complement them with additional rental accessories. Occupied staging can include art placement, accessory arrangement, linens folded to perfection, and much more. 

Prices start at $350 and will vary depending on the needs of each individual home.

Vacant Staging

Vacant homes are difficult to visualize and can feel unwelcoming.  Is that room too small? Too large? And what would we do with this space?  Vacant staging showcases the home’s best features, and creates the ‘wow’ for potential buyers. For vacant properties, we take care of all the details, including curated design, product selections and placement, and delivery and removal.

Prices start at $2,800 which includes all labour and up to one month of inventory rental, and will vary by house. Factors include size and price point of the home, and rooms to stage. 

Interior Decorating and Design Services

We believe every home should blend beauty with function and fit the specific lifestyle of its occupants.  Whether you are single, have a growing family, are aging in place, or have multi-generational requirements, at Seagrass Design, we can help you bring your vision to life with thoughtful decorating services that will meet the needs of your lifestyle.

Small changes can make a big difference to the style and function of your home.  Interior decorating consultations and projects can include paint selections, space planning, general upgrade recommendations such as lighting, product selections for small renovations, such as bathroom finishes, etc. Our collaborative approach and trusted partnerships make decorating simple, seamless, and tailored to you.

Rental Property Styling Services

Planning a short or medium-term rental property? At Seagrass Design, our training and experience specific to rental properties considers the factors needed for a successful investment venture.  This includes creating eye-catching appeal in your online listings while ensuring functional and enhanced guest experiences for repeat stays and positive reviews.  We style to attract the demographics most suited to the property, while keeping budget and profit margins in mind.

We offer a range of services including planning consultations, costing and designing, and installation.
