Staging Consultation

The Staging Consultation arms the homeowner with the information they need to make their home move-in ready, and is the essential first step in preparing a property for market. The consultation begins with room by room recommendations for maintenance, cleaning, clearing, repairing & painting. We then address any additional questions as the homeowner completes the work, and conduct a virtual or in-person walk-through prior to photos.

$250 for homes up to 2000 square feet.

Home Preparation

63% of buyers are willing to pay more for a house that is move-in ready. Many homeowners prefer to carry out most or all of the recommendations from the Staging Consultation themselves. However if there are some aspects of the process that require additional hands, we would be happy to assist, or to make recommendations of qualified trades.

Showcasing

For occupied and vacant properties

Showcasing is the final transformation to make the home ready for photos and showings. Once the recommendations from the Staging Consultation have been completed, we showcase to highlight the most important selling features of the home. For occupied properties, we utilize the homeowners’ existing furnishings and complement them with additional rental accessories. For vacant properties, we bring in all necessary furnishings and accessories.

Decorating

For commercial and residential properties

During the decorating process, we assist clients in creating a functional, beautiful space that meets their needs. All decorating projects begin with an initial consultation. This consultation involves a walk-through of the property and an interview with the client to determine their preferences and priorities for the space. After the consultation, we will provide the client with a price quote for the project. Depending on the space and the client’s budget, services may include recommendations for paint colours, renovations, lighting, space planning, furnishings, and/or finishes, as necessary. We would be happy to assist with coordinating qualified trades as well.
